Welcome to our Fraternity and Sorority Life Community!

As a campus, we value our fraternity and sorority organizations and those who contribute to as well as support them. OWU’s fraternity and sorority community subscribes to four guiding principles: leadership; service; academic excellence; and brother/sisterhood. Each nationally recognized fraternity and sorority at OWU promote and live these values in their every day lives. The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life assists our organizations in their decisions as members and the individual chapters in their operation. We are proud of the impact that our fraternity and sorority organizations have on the campus and the surrounding community. Currently for the 2009-2010 school year, fraternity and sorority organizations have raised more than $5,500 and donated more than 2045 service hours to the university and local community.

As Assistant Director of Student Involvement for Fraternity & Sorority Life, I encourage all prospective students, parents, and current students to explore our fraternity and sorority community. From college days onward, affiliation with a fraternity or sorority can be a positive, life-shaping experience.
